Roger made the whole process of selling my parent’s home very easy and quick. He kept me posted daily with updates and was available for my questions . He always answered my concerns and questions in a prompt manner. He was a great resource guide for the entire process from beginning to end. Roger has a full service team that handles every aspect of the transaction. I was able to concentrate on my business and literally delegate 99% of the activites to sell my home to Roger and his team. I selected Roger and his team because he is the top agent in the sarasota area. Going thru the selling process I can see why. He, along with his team did a great job of fining a buyer, negotiating a contract and executing the sale.
