Told Robin what I was looking for price range, features, location etc. She quickly, sent over quite a few options that fit me perfectly. Within two months she had me in my dream house and helped negotiate to get it at a steal of a deal. Was extremely stressed when I started the process, but she made it, so easy and simple, I actually enjoyed it. Seriously, thank you for your help.

Robin is my real estate guardian angel! I was a first time home buyer and nervous and scared out of my wits! I literally made the decision to buy in 24 hours and Robin got it done in lightening speed time. Robin educated me, held my hand and lifted me up during what can be a very vulnerable process. She has such joy for real estate and this shines through in how sincerely dedicated and committed she is to her clients. But Robin treats you like a friend, not just a client. While many in the field might be all about wheeling and dealing she is authentic and has integrity. Robin’s invaluable expertise not only guided me in buying my first home, but she also made me feel safe, protected and informed every step of the way!

The idea of buying a home was stressful for me and Robin helped eliminate my concerns! She was incredibly helpful, laidback and at the same time very focused on finding the best property for me in my price range. She has expert market knowledge so I trusted her. She also made it fun! I highly recommend Robin Teichert to anyone that is trying to buy or sell a home. Robin is awesome!

Robin is awesome. We initially found a house we loved on Zillow, and we contacted her to help us close the deal. Her advice was spot-on throughout the process, and she was confident and assertive during all phases of negotiations. We had inevitable hiccups during the process, and she helped us work through them with a minimum of stress. And she did all of this work for a lower-than-usual commission due to the terms of the seller's listing. I would recommend Robin to anyone in the area who needs a buyer's or seller's agent -- she truly puts her client first and will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.

She is the best. I had tried to get help from several Realestate agents before her and nobody was helpful enough. Some never responded more than once. She was so helpful with quick response with a lot of info and always available whenever I needed to ask her something to make sure about houses or paper works. She has nice personality and you enjoy finding a house with her. I found and bought my house in only 6 weeks after the first contact from her. She just found me the perfect house which I was looking for in last several years. I will give her all five stars.
