Rob was great for our house purchase. I was a first time buyer and didn’t know what I wanted. I basically gave him a general area and said “I just want a house” but I couldn’t be happier with where we ended up. We found the perfect house on Tipp Hill right near all of our friends, it was the right size and price and he helped make everything easy and explained everything well!

Robert initially responded quickly and then I never heard from him again when trying to set up a meeting. I was looking for a realtor that stood out from the rest in their communication/responsiveness, as this seems to be a weakness for many realtors. I cannot comment on his real estate knowledge since we didn't make it that far, but first impressions are everything and our business was apparently not worth his time.

I just purchased a condo with Rob as my buyer's agent. It was a pleasant experience and met all of my expectations. Rob is very familiar with the Syracuse area and offered great advice through the process. I thought his comp analyses was spot on. Furthermore he's a nice guy and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Rob was great! He was personable and listened to our concerns and what we looked for in our next home. He sold our house for more than asking price in 3 days!
