Chantel was incredibly helpful from start to finish! As first time sellers we had no idea what to expect and Chantel was really patient in explaining the process form start to finish. After an (awesome) offer was accepted she kept us updated throughout the 2 month closing process and answered any questions that popped up. After the final walk though there were a couple items the buyer wanted removed and Chantel actually came over and helped us which was above and beyond! Will definitely be using her in the future - Chantel will Sell!

Chantel is an amazing realtor. From our first meeting she was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable about CNY’s real estate market. She is amazing at communicating, from answering all of our questions to getting important paperwork to us. And bonus points to her she sold our house quicker than I imagined!
