Chantal was great through the entire process. Never felt any pressure from her to make an offer. Was very helpful negotiating the ordeal of buying a home. Felt that we got good advice regarding our offer once we decided on a place. Would definitely use her again.

Chantel was incredibly helpful from start to finish! As first time sellers we had no idea what to expect and Chantel was really patient in explaining the process form start to finish. After an (awesome) offer was accepted she kept us updated throughout the 2 month closing process and answered any questions that popped up. After the final walk though there were a couple items the buyer wanted removed and Chantel actually came over and helped us which was above and beyond! Will definitely be using her in the future - Chantel will Sell!
