We recently purchased a vacation home in Florida, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the process. Being we were purchasing from afar, Joe spent time walking us through several home via a video app, talking through each and every home, pointing out things we could have missed and highlighting all the upgrades and comparisons. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Joe took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, honest, and proactive with communication. Elaine was knowledgeable and professional. Always responded immediately. Wonderful personality! I worked with Elaine to find a condo for my son and his family. Elaine helped me to communicate all info via text and video to him. He did ultimately make the purchase. Elaine needed to answer many questions as this was not the normal way to purchase. She is a gem!

Wow-Elaine was assigned to us through Zillow in the search for a seasonal home. We were beyond satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge from start to finish. Elaine’s response time through this process was phenomenal whether it be through text, email or phone. All questions were answered with thought and care. If she happened to not know the answer, she found it in matter of minutes.
