Christina did an fantastic job supporting us through the buying process. We shared a few properties that we were interested in and made a day out of it touring locations from North Naples west of I-75 all the way out to the new construction down Immokalee road. Christina was very knowledgable of the pros and cons of each location where we viewed a property and was very prepared with overviews of each property, calling out important details that not every new buyer would think of. Christina has a great network within the real estate community from title companies to mortgage brokers to insurance agencies. All were a pleasure to work with, just as Christina was. During negotiation Christina gave valuable advice which helped us to close at a price with seller credits we were happy with. No matter who you are, I think anyone would find working with Christina an absolute pleasure and you would come out of the experience smarter and with a deal you love if the sellers are rational and realistic.
