We chose Amy to market and sell our home based a number of factors. Amy clearly understood the market for our home including the profile of the buyer and the price level. Furthermore, she had sold a home in our neighborhood less than a year prior and we had a high level of confidence that she would be able to do the same with ours. As we had already agreed to purchase a new house, we were looking for a real estate agent who was confident that she could sell the house quickly. Amy delivered on all fronts making the process truly easy for us and getting us under contract at above asking and after a single open house. She was communicative throughout the process and, along with her transaction coordinator Erin, made sure that we were educated about all of our responsibilities as sellers and what our expectations should be for those of our buyers. I would highly recommend Amy in anyone looking to sell a home in the South Shore area.
