The short version: Rick was absolutely incredible throughout our home buying process. The (slightly) longer version: We were buying our first home and were somewhat clueless. We had no idea what we were looking for and no idea where to look and no idea what to pay attention to. Rick got to know our preferences in all respects to help us narrow our search down, and patiently helped us see what potential pitfalls we’d be dealing with with each house we saw. He’s the son of a structural engineer, so he always presented houses from that standpoint- instead of “isn’t it pretty”, he’d point out possible issues and make sure we knew what we’d be getting into financially. He saved us from making huge mistakes on a couple of houses that we loved but had problems that we wouldn’t have even known to look at. He never tried to sell us a house, but rather he just wanted us to be able to make an informed decision. When we found the house we wanted, he was right on the money with the offer we should make, and he negotiated like a champ on our behalf to make things happen. Throughout the process, he was responsive, patient, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. We got matched up with Rick by random chance, but we could not have asked for a better realtor to represent us. We are happy as can be in our new home. Trust me, this is THE guy you want on your side.

Rick was incredible, as first time homebuyers he was patient with us and I truly feel as though he was always giving us honest input and recommendations. He never made us feel as though we were an inconvenience and he was always there for us, he made first contact on Thanksgiving! Never did we feel rushed or like we were being pushed into anything. I will recommend him to anyone wanting a good experience with someone who actually cares!

From the very beginning, we knew Rick was the right realtor for us. Right away he gave us his resume and encouraged us to call those who referenced him. He was very knowledgeable about everything dealing with a house. We have a disabled child meaning we needed the house to have certain things one wouldn't normally pay attention to. Rick kept these things in mind while searching for us. We looked at many houses and were encouraged each time that we'd keep looking and find the house for us. We finally did and Rick did a wonderful job getting the price we needed and making sure everything that needed to be done, such as the appraisal, were done smoothly. He worked really well with our loan officer and handled things very professionally. IF we were to ever need a realtor again, we would definitely ask Rick. We highly recommend him. You will not go wrong having him as your realtor!
