Richard was absolutely amazing with helping me buy my first condo from beginning to end! Being from out of state, I was concerned on how the process was going to work out. Little did I know I had nothing to worry about. Richard was amazing to work with. He was very responsive and always answered all our questions. His knowledge of the area was very helpful. He listened to us and made excellent suggestions that we hadn’t considered. Our closing went very smoothly because Richard kept on top of every detail. Now that we are in our new condo we are looking forward to having Richard as a friend!
