Richard went beyond selling our condo and very quickly. He helped us move our tenant to a new place. He helped us move our stuff out our place. If you were looking for someone that’s gonna go the extra mile then Richard would be your Agent can’t say enough how much he did for me especially since we didn’t live in that area.

Richard was the most helpful and professional realtor I could have possibly contacted. I was very uninformed about what to do and Richard guided me through the process in such a calm and assuring manner. In less than 3 weeks, I met with Richard, he worked his magic and I closed, completely satisfied and content.
