The best realtor on the planet! Knowledgeable, likeable, and great at anticipating client's needs; always one step ahead. He kept us informed of milestones (expected), but also would check in to confirm statis-quo. Clearly he understands a good realtor doesn't just process paperwork, they ensure their client has a worry free positive realty experience. Rick is the template from which all realty professionals should be modeled.

Working with Richard was a fantastic experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly transparent, keeping me informed and at ease every step of the way. I’m truly grateful to have gone through this process with him. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a home and made sure I had plenty of great options to choose from. I would highly recommend Richard—especially to first-time homebuyers!

Richard is top notch and on his game! He is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable regarding home value, appreciation potential, communities of interest and areas to avoid. He is also finely attuned to identifying problem areas on both the interior and exterior of the home, and the approximate cost to correct a problem. He is also wired into the Coachella Valley workingman's community and has provided us with a number of recommendations for reliable handyman, gardener, HVAC, pool company, floor covering, furniture store, movers, etc. He has been a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful in assisting us in our transition to the desert. Richard is a total professional in every aspect and we are tremendously happy with our new home that hit all of our identified priorities. We can't imagine a more knowledgeable, helpful and reliable realtor than Richard Macmillan.

I can’t say enough good things about Richard. I’ve been looking for my dream home for a year. Richard was incredible ! He is so knowledgeable about the different areas of the Coachella Valley. I was very picky, but Richard never tired in his quest. With all the COVID restrictions and living 7hrs away, Richard would send me videos of the homes & surrounding neighborhoods that I was interested in. He went out of his way many times. Richard has a excellent eye for things that need repairs and will not hesitate to point them out. He looks at each property and has a keen sense of investment. Richard excels in communication and his strengths are his integrity and kindness. Without a doubt, Richard was the best Realtor I’ve had ! As my escrow closed a week ago today, and I am so grateful.
