Rich has been a constant source of calm and guidance with regards to our families real estate needs. In the past year, not once but twice, he helped us achieve the very specific goals we had in mind! We sold our home in Maryland last fall, relocated to Florida and have since moved back. Rich found us the perfect short term rental in this crazy market. We met Kerry at an open house last year and she was so charming and friendly. I instantly knew she is a unique agent.
