Without Renee experience and knowledge I can't image what it would have been like selling our home and purchasing a new home. Cristy was amazing. I highly recommend her services. I didn't meet Renee, but spoke and texted with her several times. She was wonderful. Extra perks: Renee gave me two pies at Thanksgiving and mailed an end of year settlement statement for my taxes. Thank you for both!

Renee O'Brien has been an excellent agent for this transaction that she facilitated that sold my house. Only on the next day after it was posted a contract was initiated for the full asking price and then signed within 72 hours. When problems emerge after the bank appraisal, Renee had a quick and resolute approach to settle the difference. Not everything I wanted to hear, but we agreed and moved on to close the deal. She is a great agent from our real estate sale experience! Highly recommended.

I listed my home with Renee and it sold higher than asking within 3 days, and over a holiday weekend no less! She and her team did an excellent job of being available at all times to answer any questions I had, checked in on me on a regular basis, and maintained open lines of communication so that I always knew what was going on. It made what is normally an extremely stressful situation SO much easier.
