Renae is a Fantastic negotiator, with an excellent eye for good investent properties. Renae has helped me purchase 3 rental properties over the years, as well as find excellent, long term tenants. All are profitable, and all have increased in value. Renae is honest, hard-working, and she will tell you when a property is not a good deal. I would not work with anyone else.

Renae was very helpful in answering most of my questions, she always returned my calls the same day, and she was very fair with my concerns and advise regarding issues that came on the negotiation. she sent documents to be signed and to be reviewed and explain all the documents very careful.

Renae Gibson was extremely helpful and professional . Her support staff is more than wonderful. Would recommend anyone in the greater Houston area to seek her out if they need to sell their property.

Excellent service and professionalism by Renae.. Renae was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. She was flexible with timings and available when I requested to visit the property last minuet. Would definitely recommend.

Renae is very abrasive and condescending. In my experience, she will try and steer you to what is easy for her, without even trying to get to know you. She will jump you through hoops in order to get the documentation you need to move forward with your lender with out even taking the time to know your situation. Very very bad experience. DO NOT USE.
