We can’t say enough good things about working with Regina Retry! From start to finish, she handled every step of the process with genuine care, patience, and professionalism. What truly stood out was how inclusive and thoughtful she was with our entire family—making sure everyone was informed throughout what could have been a stressful time. On top of that, she worked quickly and efficiently! Regina went above and beyond, always available to answer questions, explain details, and advocate for us every step of the way. Her kindness, dedication, and attention to detail made all the difference. We are so grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent because she is the best!!

Gina helped us buy our first home back in 2011, and helped us sell the same home in 2019 when we decided to move to Florida. Both times, Gina was a true professional, walking us through every step of the process. When buying, she quickly learned what we were looking for and made every effort to find the perfect home for us. When selling, she gave us feedback on each showing , allowing us to make improvements. She also navigated us through some difficulty during the closing process. She’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and overall a great agent!

the house was ok with a reasonable price but she didn't seem professional, specially after I decided to go for it. She didn't reply my calls and messages at all for 3 days right after she had asked me to sign the lease. She might have other applicants and figured which one was better(?). All I wanted from her was to hear the reasonable answer. And suddenly, she texted me asking hurry up to sign the lease. So disappointed with Such an irresponsible unprofessionalism. Not recommend!

My boyfriend & I are very grateful we were lucky enough to find Gina as our realtor. We stumbled into her when we went to look at a home she was presenting & instantly feel in love with her. She was very honest, detail oriented & cared about both the seller she was representing & us the potential buyers, she just met... We decided the house in Wayne was not the right fit for us but asked Gina to become our Realtor. Without her help & expertise we would have never found our dream home in an amazing town with a fabulous neighborhood. My boyfriend & grew-up in Paterson & I grew-up in Oak Ridge (near West Milford) we always have & always will have very different views on everything!!! Without Gina we would have seriously never found the home that meets all of our wants & needs!!! She was with us every step of the home buying process & looked out for us every minute! :D

Regina is not only an amazing realtor, but she is an amazing person inside and out! She went above and beyond for us not only for the sale of our home, but also for the purchase of our new home. Her marketing skills are on point by using the hottest technology and creating amazing videos, flyers, and web listings. We definitely would not have been able to sell our house without her! I'm happy to say that I walked away with not only a realtor for life but a great friend!
