Team Kalinka was outstanding to work with. We had a complicated sale and Bev and Ed went out of their way over and over to get the best deal for us. They have decades of experience and know the market extremely well. Every bit of advise that they gave us was on the money and very helpful! They helped us with a seller program to make repairs to get top dollar. And then negotiated through a bidding war. They surround themselves with amazing contractors, attorney, movers, etc. to be able to help find options to address whatever challenges may arise. They are also truly just great people. I could not recommend them enough. And I would use them again myself without a second of hesitation!
