They helped me land my first-shot go at my dream house, and their professional advice, expertise, general knowledge, and specific local knowledge far exceeded expectations. Edwin answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer, he was able to send us to someone who did. He responded promptly to emails and texts. We were in a pressured situation to close quickly and he enabled us to do that by being so attentive. He took a difficult situation and made it possible to close in a timely manner. He always found time to help us with our unique situation, going out of his way. We highly recommend Edwin and Bev with your real estate needs!

We met Ed and Bev Kalinka on the day of the open house. From the moment we met them, we observed a high level of honesty and integrity. Their genuineness and drive to help you is unmatched (we worked with a few agents in the past). Throughout the process, they maintained clear and open communication with all-time availability for us to call them with questions (sometimes repeated). They would painstakingly explain every single detail without ever rushing through it. The words "Above and beyond" also fall short of the experience we had with them. Even the smallest of worries we had with the house/condo was catered to - either via fixing it themselves or by co-ordinating with Sellers until everything was fixed and ready. My husband and I truly feel we hit jackpot when working with them.
