Rebecca helped guide me through a fairly difficult selling process which included long distance (I live in Maine) and the going through the probate process as my dad recently passed away and this was a process that he started earlier. Rebecca kept everything on track and was extremely helpful to me in working with both my lawyers to negotiate the probate process. She was also very skillful in keeping the buyer engaged in the process, even as the probate process took longer to work out than we had originally thought. Rebecca knows the Florida market in her area and helped to keep me motivated to sell and kept me on track during the entire process. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in her market.
