Randy and his team are phenomenal!! He was able to get us our dream home by negotiating to a lower price that was in our budget! Donette was especially helpful, giving us recommendations for local vendors. Randy's team helped coordinate the required improvements that needed to be done on the house in order for us to get our FHA loan. Not only was his team able to facilitate all the work, but did it in a very timely manner faster than what we expected. His team responds very quickly stays in communication via text, email and phone. Hands-down, best real estate team!!

Randy is a great realtor! I am sharing my experience on google for Mr. Randy Heyer. I would start by writing that Randy was so instrumental in my case when I showed interest in buying my second property. He is one of the best, kind and very professional in his skill and looking out for you. He is very personalizing too. You do want someone to be personal, right? When you want to buy your home? YES! He is your guy! Randy is Brilliant, intelligent, and patient. You want a supporter willing to go a mile with you and give the best advice not only on the property matter but also give you pointers to think about why I want to buy this property. His insight touched me. General human tendency while growing up, we make a lot of emotional decisions. But this time, I was thinking from my brain because his questions helped me understand what I needed and wanted. Randy was fast to act in my case. He worked on my criteria and understood where I could lower and increase my expectations. He would text me and call me most of the time. Don't you want someone to communicate or respond to your queries? YES, right? His communication skill is excellent. He looked after my interest. Randy Hayer is the consummate professional. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and then goes the extra mile again. We selected Randy as our agent to sell our home because of the stellar reputation he has in the community. We have many local realtor friends we could have gone with, but decided to go with Randy based on all of the positive things we had heard over the years. Upon meeting him for the first time, we knew right away he was our guy. Randy listed our home within four days, and sold it in under a week and at top dollar as he promised. To put it simply, Randy is a good guy, tough agent, and can be fully trusted to put your needs first. He will do everything in his power to make your house buying/selling process appear seamless.
