You won't believe this—I went through a four-month period, from evicting a nightmare tenant to selling my house, and I never met my realtor, Alifonso, in person! Is that crazy or what? I don't live in Merced, CA, where the house is, and my tenant hadn't paid rent since April. She just disappeared, not answering any of my emails or texts. With my busy schedule, a seven-hour drive to check on the place wasn't an option. I desperately needed help, so I searched online and found Alifonso. I left him a message, and he called me back right away the next day. I explained the mess, and he immediately put me at ease, saying he'd handled plenty of evictions before. Over the three-month eviction process, he was fantastic. He constantly checked on the property and the tenant, working perfectly with a lawyer and the local police to get the job done smoothly. Once the tenant was gone, though, the house was trashed. I was told basic repairs would cost at least $\$50,000$. Honestly, I just wanted to be done with the property. Alifonso suggested we list it "as is" and see what happened. Sure enough, just two weeks later, we got an amazing offer from a perfect buyer! The deal closed in 21 days, and I didn't spend a penny on fixing anything. I am so thrilled and can't thank Alifonso enough! He is incredibly honest and professional. Seriously, I never met him in person! I highly recommend Alifonso if you're looking for an exceptional and professional realtor.

Alifonso is our go to realtor for buying and selling properties. We have worked with him various times and he never disappoints. He is a realtor that takes care of business. We have peace of mind knowing he is there to serve our best interest. He is highly communicative, knowledgeable, professional and he is a true expert in his field.

We had about one decent conversation at the beginning. But after we played phone tag with no help, I had to switch agents. He never left any voicemails answering my left voicemails questions. He finally got back to me this morning but it was too late I had already contacted a different agent regarding the house he said he would show me but did not. I had to give him one star because it would not let me leave it as zero stars.

He did an amazing job overall. I found my house very fast, he is very knowledgeable in the market and took the time to answer ever question I had. He even highered some hamdymen to clean the backyard for when I bought the house. I highly recommend him as a real-estate agent.
