I would recommend Randy to anyone thinking about, or currently selling their property. He worked tirelessly, getting Agents, and possible customers to my home in Manhattan Beach to view it. In the end, we got more than what was originally asked for. Randy was wonderful.

Heather helped me find my dream location. After helping to find several locations as options, I was able to narrow it down and finally select a place where I compromised nothing. Heather was very attentive, thoughtful in her selections to show, and generally pleasent to work with. Would def recommend if you're searching for a new place to live.

Rahul Bhagat was awesome working with us in this crazy housing market. We had little time between selling our house, finding a new one and settling everything. I cannot tell you enough how phenomenal it is. Rahul Bhagat was throughout all of this! Especially with us living out of town he would go out of his way after hours to meet us at the house just if we wanted to walk through it. And when it came to negotiations oh my gosh he was wonderful. Despite being a seller's market he's able to negotiate an extended warranty on the house as well as lowering the price. The only thing to go wrong with Rahul Bhagat is you not picking him to help you with your next house!
