I was a first-time seller and I couldn't have asked for a better team. Cari, Britt and their team guided me through everything with care and professionalism. They handled all the prep and logistics to get my house market ready without unnecessary expenses, staged it beautifully and marketed it perfectly, and within days I got multiple offers, and sold over asking. On the buying side, Cari was very patient in dealing with a difficult selling agent and asked right questions and made sure I felt protected. Communications was always easy and they were always responsive. What really stood out was how much the whole team genuinely cared about me. I can't thank Cari and her team enough. What could've been a stressful process ended up feeling smooth and positive.

We found Cari and Britt locally via reviews just like this one so I felt it was critical to share our experience. First off, if you are still looking for an agent, stop, Cari and Britt are the ones! Our home was a very complicated and tricky home to sell. It had been on the market for over a year with another agency locally which yielded very frustrating results. When we switched to Cari and Britt, they broke the entire process down into simple steps and tackled each challenge with ease. Step by step we made it to market and within a week our house was under contract. Even that part of the process they made unbelievably easy. We closed on our property 2 days ago and couldn’t be happier. They work smart, are honest and incredibly inspiring to work with. I wish I could clone them and work with them in other aspects of my life and business. Thank you Cari and Britt for making awesome want to be like you.

Had the absolute pleasure in working with Forrest in helping me and my wife buy our home. The entire experience from start to finish was incredible and we really felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process. Forrest and the team helped us learn about the different neighborhoods in South Bay, which they know incredibly well. They have an unbelievable ability to analyze properties and give very detailed feedback, as well as pricing considerations. Frequently, they even pushed us away from properties that they felt weren't a good fit and we never felt rushed to end the process. Over and above all of this, the thing that was the most impressive was the responsiveness we received. At times, it felt like we were getting answers to our questions or calls regarding a message before our message had even delivered, it was very impressive. Overall, this was the best service we have received from any professional in any industry. We were so happy with our experience, we would highly recommend Forrest and his team, and we would absolutely use Forrest again in the future!
