Forrest and his team were excellent. He helped us navigate a tough market - he had extensive knowledge about different neighborhoods, multiple offer situations, and the buying process as a whole. He helped us win against competing offers and when several large things came up on inspection, he helped us negotiate a hefty price reduction/credit. He’s a very nice guy and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend, would definitely use again!

The best agent. I can’t say anything but the nicest things about Katie. We found her from a random phone call she answered. She treated us like the most important people who ever wanted to buy a house. Always there for us, never pushing, suggesting and listening (really listening, not waiting to talk). Had to deal with us a long time, and was as fresh and friendly as the first day we met. Her knowledge about the area, inventory, ups downs of the market nothing got by her. Just a really on it agent and best of all a great person to go thru the process with. I could keep going, but you get it, this is the agent to search out when you’re looking for your next property. Like I said before, just the best.Thanks Katie.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Britt and Cari and would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!! While we worked with and loved both of them, Britt formally represented us and we could not have been more impressed with how poised and professional she was. She has an eye for real estate, knows the value of everything and is honest and forthcoming about it, and she nailed every detail in escrow and negotiations. She knows the South Bay market like the back of her hand and is very much in the know with every little thing that's happening, especially with off market or "coming soon" listings. She was also incredibly patient with us after we moved cross country and were trying to find a "forever home" for our family in a very tricky, unpredictable market. She understands how important finding a home is on a personal level and can appreciate the complexities of that while also juggling countless logistical and organizational details.
