Had the absolute pleasure in working with Forrest in helping me and my wife buy our home. The entire experience from start to finish was incredible and we really felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire process. Forrest and the team helped us learn about the different neighborhoods in South Bay, which they know incredibly well. They have an unbelievable ability to analyze properties and give very detailed feedback, as well as pricing considerations. Frequently, they even pushed us away from properties that they felt weren't a good fit and we never felt rushed to end the process. Over and above all of this, the thing that was the most impressive was the responsiveness we received. At times, it felt like we were getting answers to our questions or calls regarding a message before our message had even delivered, it was very impressive. Overall, this was the best service we have received from any professional in any industry. We were so happy with our experience, we would highly recommend Forrest and his team, and we would absolutely use Forrest again in the future!

Forrest and his team were excellent. He helped us navigate a tough market - he had extensive knowledge about different neighborhoods, multiple offer situations, and the buying process as a whole. He helped us win against competing offers and when several large things came up on inspection, he helped us negotiate a hefty price reduction/credit. He’s a very nice guy and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend, would definitely use again!

The best agent. I can’t say anything but the nicest things about Katie. We found her from a random phone call she answered. She treated us like the most important people who ever wanted to buy a house. Always there for us, never pushing, suggesting and listening (really listening, not waiting to talk). Had to deal with us a long time, and was as fresh and friendly as the first day we met. Her knowledge about the area, inventory, ups downs of the market nothing got by her. Just a really on it agent and best of all a great person to go thru the process with. I could keep going, but you get it, this is the agent to search out when you’re looking for your next property. Like I said before, just the best.Thanks Katie.
