Forrest was a phenomenal agent. We had a very unique property, a highly upgraded duplex with ADU potential, and when we switched gears and decided to do a limited listing off-market, Forrest was right there with us. We literally moved out on a Monday, cleaned the place on Tuesday, and Forrest did 5 highly qualified showings over the next 2 days, resulting in a nearly full price offer without us having to do any work. When the closing got bogged down due to various delays, he advised us on our options, aggressively nudging the buyer, and in the end, we were able to get the deal done. We never had to reach out for updates, he was always proactive and quick to respond. He really understands the market and never loses his cool. I highly recommend Forrest whether you are buying or selling.

Forrest sold our old home and helped us purchase our new one. Extremely knowledgeable, great communication and good at explaining the details. Helped make sure that we stayed on track and good at gently nudging you to get things done on time. Really knows the Southbay neighborhoods and the other realtors. My husband and I have only ever purchased homes and for the first time we were looking to sell one. I did not realize how emotional this would be as it was our first home where we lived happily in Redondo Beach for 18 years. Cari and her team were unbelievable. They first identified what we needed to do to make it buyer ready and then they managed the entire process. Cari was beyond patient with me and understood the turmoil I was going through at seeing my home change to let it go.
