This is my fourth real estate transaction and Rachel and Peggy were the best team I've worked with so far. A lot of thought and planning went into the listing and rollout, and I had two solid offers by the end of the open house, four days after initial list, one of which was $10k over asking. It ended up being a hard ride at times, the buyers were uninformed and unrealistic in many of their expectations of us, but Rachel and her team handled every single aspect promptly and professionally, every date through closing was met, and I walked out of the title company with a check for the high end of what I was told I could expect when I hired them. How do you beat that?

Working with Rachel and The Kennedy Home Group was a great experience. She listened to what my wife and I wanted, and not only showed us the types of houses we said we would be interested in, but she was able to understand what we were truly looking for overall, even if we could not initially articulate it perfectly. Rachel was also able to "evolve" the types of houses she was showing us based on our feedback from looking at other houses, until we found the perfect home. What was also great were The Kennedy Home Group's recommended points of contact for things such as home inspections - they really know who the top folks in the Denver area are. I think it's very important to only work with the best talent and top companies. One of the individuals she recommended was able to save us thousands by identifying some problems with the home, and Rachel expertly negotiated the repairs with us so that everything would be perfect on move-in day. I also appreciated The Kennedy Home Group's honesty. A lot of transplants to Colorado do not know all the quirks of the local areas (i.e. the Rock Flats area), but Rachel and her team were able to help us navigate and understand the good, bad, and simply noteworthy aspects of each community we looked for a home in. Every community is unique, and it's important to have a Realtor such as Rachel who understands the unique aspects of each community and ensures you are aware of them all. I enthusiastically recommend working with Rachel.

Rachel Kennedy was efficient, professional and excellent at communicating with us on every aspect of the process. We can highly recommend her she is always helpful if we had any questions she got back to us with answers quickly If you are ready to buy a house speak to her.

It was great to work with Rachel. She clearly had our interest in mind throughout the entire process and represented us well to the seller and the seller's realtor. Rachel is very knowledgable and helped guide us through the process. It was my first time buying a home and Rachel was great about answering all of my questions and making sure I understood every part of the process.
