I listed my house with Rachel a few years ago. Unfortunately, the market was still pretty soft, and there weren't many buyers looking for a house like mine at that time. I ran out of time, and needed to rent it before the school year started. Still, I could see that she had a really good attitude, and was willing to do whatever it took to try to sell it. The next couple of years, when the market started picking up, Rachel contacted me to see if I'd be willing to sell. Remembering my experience with her, I decided to go with her again. Within a few weeks of listing, we had a good offer, and accepted it. We closed a month and a half later. Throughout the process, Rachel came through for me. I was in Spain for 3 of the weeks, so Rachel took care of arranging for people to come in and do some repairs that were part of the offer. It wasn't easy for her, but she really came through.

Rachel is great! She took what we thought was going to be a very stressful experience and made it as stress free as possible. She was very quick to return my phone calls and never left us waiting after a showing, open house or home inspection. Rachel is extremely professional and knowledgeable, but is also very personable and fun to work with. We are looking forward to starting the home buying process so we can work with her again!
