Quan did an absolutely outstanding job as my real estate agent and made what could have been a very stressful process completely seamless. After I was taken advantage of by a previous contractor, she stepped in immediately, connected me with her trusted handyman Mitchell, and within weeks all repairs were completed—along with fixing the prior contractor’s mistakes. Once we listed the home on a Monday, I had a solid offer and deposit by that Friday, which still amazes me. As a first-time home seller, Quan’s guidance, constant communication, and ability to think outside the box made the entire experience simple, worry-free, and incredibly efficient. I could not be happier with the speed of the sale, the outcome, or the funds I received, and I will absolutely use Quan again—hands down one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with.

My wife and I were so lucky to find Quan. She helped us every step of the way and now we own our first home. She did such a great job negotiating with the seller. She got them to replace all the polybutylene pipes in the house and fix a termite infestation in the attic, saving us around $20k+. Her network of connections helped us find a great mortgage broker, inspector, and even an electrician. She always made herself available and returned our calls/messages immediately. But our favorite quality about Quan is that she was truly genuine. We can confidently reccomend her to every single person looking to buy/sell. Quan is unequivocally the only realtor we have worked with that has been a value-add to the process of buying/selling. After several moves across state lines, we came into the Palm Beach County market not fully understanding the local market, and this is where Quan’s expertise stepped in. She aggressively negotiated on our behalf and we went under contract shortly after viewing our “forever home” at a price that we wouldn’t have dared to even offer without her knowledge into the extremely localized market here. The money she saved us afforded us the opportunity to upgrade all of our windows in impact windows and several other additions that we initially thought we would have to wait on after purchase.
