Phil did great as he responded in a timely manner upon inquiry.He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and he did what he said he was going to do … when he said he was going to do even as far as contacting another closing attorney when the first choice were not remotely responsive in which sped the closing process. Our family will be doing more business with Phil. When we found a chicken farm for sale, we did not think owning the farm would be possible. Phil said he could make it happen, and he did! He knew exactly what was needed to move our home, and got it done. The marketing video was wonderful and effective. We saved it and shared it with the entire family and friends. The video went live on a Friday. We had a contract on Tuesday. Today, we are official owners of a chicken farm we thought was impossible to own! Phil was with us every step of the way. He went over and beyond. He knows the community, he knows real estate business, he knows farming, and he knows chicken houses. He has a wealth of information on how chicken farms should run. Phil Wilson was excellent. He assisted us purchasing the property, which was our first land purchase. He patiently guided us through the process and was always available if I had any questions or concerns about the process. His knowledge and experience are top notch. I used Phil to represent me on the purchase of two pieces of land, One in Madison county and the other in Elbert county Georgia. I highly recommend him if your buying or selling land or a farm, he even consulted me on the several rezoning processes past the purchase.
