Selling our property was a long process, with many delays and issues, but Perry was a true professional throughout the process. We never had to worry about anything and did not have to make the long journey into Queens whenever there was an issue (this was especially important to us since we live about 2 hours away from the property). We could count on Perry to take care of everything. He was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house or property.
