I have come to the conclusion that selling a coop apartment was the hardest thing to do. I was completely frustrated after about a year of numerous disappointments until I recruited Perry Pappas and his sales team. Perry from day one had a "we will get it done" attitude that put me at ease. Since I was coordinating this sale from the west side of the country, Perry and his team helped me to manage this empty apartment. Where do I begin. Jeanine is such an amazing realtor. We were first time home buyers in a very difficult situation. Jeanine guided us with her experience and knowledge. She was patient explaining all the ins and outs of buying a home. We were very stressed, and overwhelmed but she walked us through every step. I don't think we would have gotten through this experience without her. I am just so thankful for Jeanine being our realtor and making this process work out for us. Jeanine is a caring, understanding and lovely person. To a woman who i would see walking her dog and have no idea who she was or where she lived to finding out after she became our realtor she lived right around the corner from us to becoming our neighbor and a lifelong friend. 100 times thank you for all you did for us and helping us buy our home.

As a first time home buyer, the process of buying a home was foreign to me. Over the course of a couple months, Jeanine guided me each step of the way. She was very patient and understanding. Jeanine is also an incredibly hard worker that I was able to trust in my experience, as she always had my best interest at heart and didnt push me to make any decisions as we continued to look at various homes.
