Julie was a huge help when we were looking for our home. It was our first home purchase and she was responsive, helpful, and patient throughout the process when we had questions and updated our wants/needs upon viewing new places. We highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

Experience working with Leon was very unfortunate. We find a piece of land and he told us that the price is $450,000. We spent time going to see the lot and since we showed interest then he told us that the price is much higher! He also told us that he can give us a lot if he builds the house. We have explained to him that we are looking for a piece of land, where we want to build our house ourselves. Very bad experience and such a waste of time! He looked like a very nice man, but lack of integrity and professionalism to the highest! Well, he doesn’t seem to have a partner, he mentioned that his partner is the one that wants to sell the land in a much higher price. That should’ve been disclosed since the beginning. It seems like a very bad trap for us to waste our time?

Tatiana did an excellent job showing us a multitude of houses over the course of winter/spring 2025. She was patient with us as first time homebuyers, and very knowledgeable of the area. She was super responsive to all of our questions and was able to recommend the rest of the team who helped us in purchasing our home.
