We had a great experience working with Paul Michelotti and his team. We were out of state movers and Paul had nothing but patience and genuine insight for the area during our trips to view properties. He communicated consistently, answered all our questions and advocated for us during the home buying process. Seriously couldn’t thank or recommend him enough!!

Paul is SIMPLY THE BEST (Queuing Tina Turner ...)!!! 5 out of 5 stars doesn't even begin to describe how grateful we are to have found Paul. My wife and I initially had listed our home with another realtor. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and after our home sitting on the market for over 100 days, we began to look for realtors that would be able to facilitate selling our home in such a dynamic Florida market. Enter Paul Michelotti! As soon as we found Paul, he immediately went to work. The very first thing he did was gives us an honest assessment of our home, and provide invaluable insights and clarity on what could be done to make our home more appealing. His suggestions were very detailed and thorough. On top of suggested changes, he advised us to stage our home due to it having such an open floor plan. Accompanying the detailed assessment, Paul sent us an eight page valuation report, and provided an accurate description of the changing housing market, and where our home would best be priced to sell. Within 4 days of listing our home with Paul (yes, you read that right!), we had two strong offers, and were able to close within 30 days of accepting one of the two offers. This is proof that a great realtor makes a tremendous difference in selling a home! On top of Paul being the best realtor in central Florida, I would be remiss if I didn't mention just how kind, caring, and positive he was during this entire process. Paul, if you read this, truly thank you for everything!

Paul was fantastic. We were working on a tight timeline as we were moving from out of state and had already sold our home. He cleared his schedule, spent the next 3 days looking at homes for us, and walked us through every step of the process. He gave us great advice and focused on finding a home that met our needs instead of making a quick sale. The entire process went very smoothly. We are really happy with our purchase and our experience.

I had an exceptional experience working with Paul! His knowledge of the area is extensive, his professionalism, and remarkable proficiency with contracts and negotiations made the entire selling and home-buying process seamless. His time and commitment to assisting me through this process was truly above and beyond! I cannot imagine going through this without his dedication! I whole-heartedly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, diligent realtor!

Great experience. If you are looking for a house to buy or sell Paul Michelotti is your person. He knows all the ins and out in Lake Nona area and has contacts to support your every need. Paul was very diligent in establishing the market value for our home to list vs the comps in the area. He was onsite for the home inspection to make sure the inspector was giving a fair value. Paul also understands the importance of staging the home for the perfect review by potential buyers.
