Pat was great. Local guy and knows the area well. I had a lot of questions for him and he had the answers for me. Made the home buying experience fun and exciting. You don’t find a lot of realtors who can narrow down exactly what it is you are looking for in an home and Pat was able to deliver. Appreciate the business, Pat!

Patrick did an outstanding job, so easy to work with and goes the extra mile to even change the furnace filters, when asked. Does whatever it takes to make the sale for the seller. Always has a pleasant demeanor and an great smile that goes along with it. We've had Realtors before that did not put in as much effort as Patrick. So we thank you and forever grateful.

Patrick Koski helped my family and I prepare to sell our home to maximize its sale value. He knows what is important to spend the time and money. When the skills required were out of our wheelhouse, or no time available, he offered an array of talented contractors to do the job at a fair price. We highly recommend Patrick.

If this write up came with a title it would be 'Just how many hats can one guy wear!!!' I can't say enough good about Pat and his attention to detail. I've bought and sold a few houses and, for the most part, it's a very linear process. A leads to B and on to C. But this little set of explosions required the expertise of Pat Koski to pull it off. He had to intervene on behalf of the person buying my house. He met with their banker personally to make sure all the details my 'buyer' was supposed to handle were handled. So, you'd think that is enough speed bumps in the road of home selling and buying. Well, you'd be wrong!!! The bank I was getting my loan from was GREAT. Seriously I LOVE them but, in the middle of my process, the person handling my loan quit. And, since that just wasn't enough, she had apparently NOT been saving documents we'd been sending. Well, (and hats off to her supervisor who stepped in) but about a week before the scheduled sale the list of need began to pour in from my lender. Enter Patman (yeah, shut up, a little cheese is good for the soul) but, seriously, from reports to receipts to connecting with the realtor who was representing the home I was buying, Pat was literally everywhere making sure I did not lose the house or the sale. And, sure, he made money but I swear he'd have done all this for free because he truly believes in doing things the right way. He is worth every penny you might end up paying him because no detail will get missed. He will step in wherever he is needed and, in the end, you'll have your new home, have sold your existing one or just had the best help moving on to the next adventure life is giving you. Thank you Pat for just doing what you do!!! And, in case you're wondering, the new house is awesome and my kids and I have our new home.
