How fortunate we were to have Amy Hullet as a realtor when we came to Bismarck some years ago, and now as we are leaving Bismarck. She is the consummate real estate professional. She has a great knowledge of the Bismarck-Mandan area----and especially the real estate market. She's smart, resourceful and seemingly ever-available. Her guidance and support were invaluable to us. I don’t know that I’ve ever worked with such a personable professional-all parties do better when Amy’s quick responsiveness, extensive industry knowledge, and experience come into play.

Amy Hullet is the consummate professional when it comes to real estate transactions. We should know as she has helped us over the years on three transactions. She has represented us as both a buyer and a seller and we could not be more pleased. The most recent transaction involved an out-of-state relative who was visiting and decided to move to Bismarck. We contacted Amy and in no time at all she had appointments scheduled to view multiple residences. Not only is she knowledgeable she is a delight to work with. Knowledge A+ and personality A+; Amy is quite simply the total package. It is wonderful to be able to have total confidence in a real estate agent on a major financial transaction and Amy does not disappoint. It is simply a no-brainer to select Amy. On all our transactions she was always available to handle any task at hand and with her knowledge and pleasant, outgoing personality every transaction was enjoyable. We are both seasoned individuals. It is not easy to gain our trust and from our first transaction with Amy she had earned our complete trust and this trust never wavered from one transaction to the next; in fact, if anything, it increased. Amy is always easy to reach, quick to respond. This was a spur of the moment purchase. We neede to go to the house several times during odd hours to look and relook. Amy was always accomodating with OUR schedule.
