Kevin went above and beyond making sure we knew FHA standards as we were looking at older homes. He scoured basements for signs of foundation issues, and found creative solutions to problems we encountered negotiating with the seller. My husband and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Joel did an outstanding job . Stayed on top of things and very knowledgeable. Made suggestions kept us updated . Also had Derek sell our other house 13 years ago . Awesome job then also that’s why we went with him again . My son also has worked with the company with buying and selling his condo 5 years ago .
