Patrick did a fantastic job in selling my home! We sold in just a few hours, which is amazing especially given the COVID-19 pandemic limitations. He had great staging advice and honest feedback on necessary and unnecessary repairs. He made this process so easy and smooth, so I felt I was in good hands. Patrick was extremely responsive to all calls, texts, and emails no matter what day or time. Very friendly and professional service! I would highly recommend him if selling a home in Central Illinois.

Patrick was recommended to us by a friend and didn't disappoint. We initially came to him with unclear expectations as we were trying to coordinate a sudden move from another city.
