Patrick is an exceptional real estate agent. He helped my wife and I list and sell our home within 10 days time! Not to mention right in the midst of a worldwide pandemic too! Patrick did a fantastic job in selling my home! We sold in just a few hours, which is amazing especially given the COVID-19 pandemic limitations. He had great staging advice and honest feedback on necessary and unnecessary repairs. He made this process so easy and smooth, so I felt I was in good hands. Patrick was extremely responsive to all calls, texts, and emails no matter what day or time. Very friendly and professional service! I would highly recommend him if selling a home in Central Illinois.
