Paige Bird is the consummate real estate professional and she is a friendly and caring person. In the Fall, we found a new house in Maine and wanted to sell our house in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina quickly. From our first meeting, Paige assessed our property and gave us excellent advice and a timetable to get the house spruced up and ready to list. Within days of posting, we had two strong offers and we sold our house for above the asking price! Paige is an excellent communicator and we were in contact via text, email, and phone throughout the process. She was able to meet the challenges of a remote closing even when a snowstorm delayed the delivery of our signed closing documents for a number of days. We cannot recommend Paige highly enough. She is knowledgeable cheerful, unflappable, and a delight to work with.

Can’t say enough good things about Paige. Buying a home these days is complicated and stressful no matter how well prepared you might be (especially being from out of state). A real estate pro friend of ours from back home recommended Paige and we’re so glad she did. This lady is a dynamo! She’s on the ball and on top of her game at all times.
