Kelly has been beyond great to work with. My husband and I have hard schedules (night shift nurses here) and she was completely accommodating to us and flexible, making seeing houses quickly in this fast paced market much easier. This was essential in being able to close on a house, since many houses are going under contract and over list price in our area after a mere day on the market. She also made getting information on the home very easy, such as maintenance records etc. she had recommendations for handy work and even offered to help us move, I cannot say enough good about her! Trust me, you want her as your agent! Thank you again for everything Kelly!

Idli has helped me both to buy and sell a home and I can not recommend her enough. She was very patient with both processes and I never felt pressured. In both the purchase and the sale I felt like she went above and beyond in supporting the process by helping to schedule contractors to expedite the process. I was also extremely impressed with how knowledgeable she is and how savvy in the negotiation process. I really feel like her skills got me into me dream house and helped me get the best possible price selling a home that needed a lot of TLC.

While I hadn’t met Olivia, my daughter and several of her friends had bought homes being represented by Olivia as their agent. I had arranged to see homes with her over a several day period. We met and she had a list of homes well selected and all she had vetted prior to the viewing. I realized with each viewing that she had carefully picked listings that were perfect matches to my expressed interest. I started the search thinking I’d just look but ended the weekend buying my home. I’ll say this you can’t just meet Olivia without making a friend!

Olivia Barrett helped me sell two properties and buy a replacement property in a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. She went above and beyond to also manage contractors and answer questions regarding the process. She offers VIP service, which is hard to come by these days, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service from a knowledgeable team of real estate professionals in the Sacramento area.
