We had a very small time frame to find a home and go under contract. Noel made sure we got to see the properties we wanted to see and helped facilitate a contract in our time frame. He took care of us and made sure our closing went smooth. Thank you Noel!

As a former realtor in two states, I was extremely picky when selecting an agent. We met with 4-5 agents over the course of a year before we unexpectedly stumbled upon Noel. He is not only the best agent I’ve ever used, but the best agent I have ever met in 20+ years. He is hard working, patient, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and most importantly extremely well versed when it comes to laws, regulations and codes. He caught every unusual detail we came across and wasn’t afraid to travel anywhere we wanted to look. He also wasn’t pushy when we didn’t feel right about submitting an offer on something that didn’t fit. Also, as someone who has lived in the area for over 15 years, I thought I had knew every neighborhood and area that would appeal to us and Noel was more aware than I was about where we wanted to be, based on our needs. We ended up finding the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and would not have gotten there without him. I cannot recommend him enough, and can guarantee you won’t find a better agent in the state.

Noel was a fantastic partner in our home-buying process from start to finish. Buying a home from states away—in a state you've never been to, no less—is a daunting task, but Noel made the experience enjoyable and collaborative. He went above and beyond consistently, helping us "visit" homes we were interested in, sometimes at the drop of a hat. He worked with us nights, weekends, and pretty much any time we needed him. He is super knowledgeable when it comes to North Carolina real estate and made us feel at ease when we put in offers. When we found The House, he helped us through the process with a good-natured attitude and honesty that made the entire experience well worth the efforts. We're in our new home now, and couldn't be happier. All thanks to Noel!
