This was our second real estate transaction in California, and thanks to Catherine, it was by far the easiest. She handled every detail with professionalism, grace, and genuine care—especially considering the unique challenges we faced. Catherine was incredibly thoughtful and patient in working with my mom, who is neurodivergent. She communicated clearly, made sure my mom felt heard and supported, and treated the entire situation with compassion and respect. In the middle of our closing, the Palisades wildfires broke out, and the house—located in Brentwood—was placed under a mandatory evacuation order. Catherine didn’t miss a beat. She immediately extended our agreement, ensured we were protected, and helped us feel safe, secure, and confident during an incredibly stressful and uncertain time. She continued to go above and beyond even after closing, providing us with a list of trusted vendors to help my mom with work on the house, including mold remediation. She was timely, professional, and made a potentially overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. I absolutely plan to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional agent.

I would absolutely work with Lucy Salem and Nick Phillips Properties again in a heartbeat. We had an exceptional homebuying experience with Lucy by our side. As first-time homebuyers, the emotional roller coaster can be daunting and overwhelming. Top White Glove Service! I had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Lucy Salem from Nick Phillips Properties Group, and the experience was beyond exceptional. Lucy is a consummate professional with in-depth knowledge across a variety of buzzing neighborhoods/cities in LA. What truly impressed me was her superb communication, commitment to my needs, and most importantly, always there to fight by my side - regardless of the hiccups that may occur during house hunting. One (of many) specific examples of her tireless support related to a key point in the escrow process when a few "fun" things popped up (out of our control).
