Top White Glove Service! I had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Lucy Salem from Nick Phillips Properties Group, and the experience was beyond exceptional. Lucy is a consummate professional with in-depth knowledge across a variety of buzzing neighborhoods/cities in LA. What truly impressed me was her superb communication, commitment to my needs, and most importantly, always there to fight by my side - regardless of the hiccups that may occur during house hunting. One (of many) specific examples of her tireless support related to a key point in the escrow process when a few "fun" things popped up (out of our control). Not only did Lucy take the time to ensure everything was resolved (which I didn't think was possible), but she did so with grace and speed - including 1 a.m. conversations and driving all across LA. I'd be remiss not to mention this support continued weeks beyond my move-in - a trait rarely seen. We wanted to thank Lucy Salem and everyone at Nick Phillips Properties Group for their amazing help with selling our condo and also with buying a new place. Buying and selling is a very stressful and confusing process, even if you've done it before. Lucy was just fantastic to work with and answered all of our ridiculous questions and requests, at all hours of the day, guiding us through the process the entire time. Along with FANTASTIC listing photos and a solid listing strategy for selling our condo, we were able to receive a bunch of strong offers and we are thankful for that. For buying our new place, we had to jump on it quickly and Lucy helped us keep focus on everything important and not sweat the little things. Bottom line, Lucy Salem, Nick Phillips and his entire staff are easy to work with and HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to buy or sell.

Nick and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had tons of questions and unknowns, but they were there to walk us through the entire process and make it as seamless and stress free as possible. Because of them, we now have a home that we can build a future in together, and we can’t thank them enough for that. They made us feel like family, and we will definitely be clients for life. We seriously cannot recommend them enough to anyone in the area looking for a realtor, at all price ranges.

Wonderful realtors! We recently had to sell our childhood home due to our mom not being able to live alone. Kathy and Nick were amazing taking care of everything and selling the house in two days at above asking! They are very knowledgeable and work to give you the very best outcome!!!!
