Lucy Salem at Nick Phillips helped us in so many ways! First, when we were considering buying, she put together a tour for us to show some houses in different neighborhoods as we were considering moving to an area we were only vaguely familiar with. We ended up staying put, but Lucy stayed in touch and when we ultimately decided to move even further but would be renting, Lucy was absolutely terrific in setting us up with some viewings, guiding through the process, and really being such a knowledgeable partner. We relied on both her expertise and her communication as we went through the process to find our new rental house very quickly. Would recommend her to anyone!

This was our second real estate transaction in California, and thanks to Catherine, it was by far the easiest. She handled every detail with professionalism, grace, and genuine care—especially considering the unique challenges we faced. Catherine was incredibly thoughtful and patient in working with my mom, who is neurodivergent. She communicated clearly, made sure my mom felt heard and supported, and treated the entire situation with compassion and respect. In the middle of our closing, the Palisades wildfires broke out, and the house—located in Brentwood—was placed under a mandatory evacuation order. Catherine didn’t miss a beat. She immediately extended our agreement, ensured we were protected, and helped us feel safe, secure, and confident during an incredibly stressful and uncertain time. She continued to go above and beyond even after closing, providing us with a list of trusted vendors to help my mom with work on the house, including mold remediation. She was timely, professional, and made a potentially overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. I absolutely plan to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly exceptional agent.

I would absolutely work with Lucy Salem and Nick Phillips Properties again in a heartbeat. We had an exceptional homebuying experience with Lucy by our side. As first-time homebuyers, the emotional roller coaster can be daunting and overwhelming. Lucy was amazing, so sweet and caring. She took the time to get to know our needs, and everything she showed us was in the price range we needed. I would recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a place in downtown LA. She really knows the area.

It was great to work with Nick and the team. I was a first time home buyer and he made the process incredibly smooth. Even when there were some roadbumps they were quick to help solve. Nick also found our eventual house off-market and it was perfect. Thanks Nick & Co.
