Nick Ahrens came recommended to us and I could see why. We were moving from different states and at first, we spoke on the phone. He was a good listener and I couldn’t believe the time he took to respond to our questions. He sent us videos with helpful information and would show maps on his videos and I loved that because I’m a visual person and not being local, I didn’t understand how long it might take to drive somewhere with traffic. My husband and I then decided to plan a trip to go house shopping with Nick and he took off time to dedicate to us solely so we can get the most use of the time. Again, I appreciated his consideration and care he put into our home search. He was very knowledgeable and just a great guy that you can easily feel comfortable around. He even had great food recommendations during our time house hunting! When we did decide on a home, it ended up being with a new community and even the salesperson of that builder mentioned how she felt Nick was the best realtor she’s encountered! Nick handled all our negotiations and made sure to be at any walk throughs and inspections. I’m highly impressed and can say he’s been the best realtor we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with.
