Allison is very knowledgeable and thorough in her job. We were extremely pleased at how well she was able to help us in the selling of our home. She made the process much easier than we anticipated. We really appreciated her communication skills and her ideas on how to stage our home. She was kind and very patient in explaining everything to us and we asked a lot of questions! If you want to work with a person who has integrity and does an outstanding job for her clients, Allison is definitely the person for you!

Allison is a wonderful person and an exceptional realtor. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and has excellent communication skills. I especially appreciated the “no pressure “ approach during the buying and selling process. Allison addressed all of my needs and concerns quickly. We worked with Allison in selling our home and we were extremely happy with the entire process and relationship from the first conversation to signing the papers on the sale of our home! Allison is extremely responsive, knowledgeable about markets, and incredibly supportive. You can tell she really cares about each one of her clients. Selling a house is a stressful endeavor and Allison alleviated so much of that stress through numerous encouraging and caring conversations that helped us keep moving forward. And we received the offer we were hoping for on our house in only a few days! Allison and her team are wonderful and we would work with them again in an instant.

Allison is a pro. She knows this business and is a great listener. She has a super friendly personality and a great sense of humor. We are both retired and older and Allison even offered to come over and help us pack! We've know several realtors over, at least, forty five years. Allison is by far best. We have been very fortunate to have had her as our agent. Success is not just measured by money but by the respect that others have for someone when they are thought of. Personality traits such as: were they honest, did they care, would we be pleased to see that person again? Allison checks all those boxes. (And my wife said my comments were good).
