Nichole was great. She was knowledgable of the DelWebb Community and what was transpiring in the marketplace. She was thoughtful in suggesting pricing and sprucing up the place. The photographer she used took amazing pictures which is so necessary for our digital age. She was considerate and communicative through the process. She had great follow through on all of the transaction steps.

I had a broker before Nichole for 70 days and had little communication and no offers. I hired Nichole and she took charge getting my house under contract in under a week! Great communication, very upfront and honest, did whatever it took to get the sale done! I couldn't be happier with Nichole's performance. It's true, you need the right real estate agent to make things happen, and Nichole is that real estate agent!

This was my first experience with selling a home and Nichole took all of the guesswork and stress out of the situation. She was very responsive to all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns quickly. She is clearly very knowledgeable about the housing market and all of the procedures with selling a home. My experience with Nichole was stupendous. Her bubbly personality and knowledge in her trade is great. She listed my house on May 1st and it was sold on May 30th. She kept me updated with all coming and going of my house. Don't forget about the closing, she set me up with a calendar of the whole process of what I need to do and what the buyer is doing. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Review for Nichole Peterman Nichole Peterman is a one of the best real estate agents in the Atlanta metropolitan area. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, responsive, respectful, and honest. I contacted her regarding wanting to sell our townhome in Smyrna, GA and she suggested that we first get an appraisal because we’d upgraded and added so much since purchasing. After the appraisal in August 2024 I experienced several personal obstacles. I kept Nichole updated via email, text, and phone calls. Needless to say Nichole was understanding and patient with all that we had going on. Finally, on January 31, 2025 the house was placed on the market for the full appraisal amount, and we had an offer on February 8th for that amount from the very first person that viewed the home. We never imagined it would be that fast. There were still many unpleasant hiccups with the buyer, buying agent, and the home inspection company that the buying agent selected for the buyer, however, Nichole managed them all professionally and accordingly. She kept us calm until closing the second week of March 2025. Nichole Peterman saved the sale, and we are so very grateful to her for doing so.
