Nena Pike did an excellent job marketing the home for sale and went the extra mile to help get items fixed for me. Without her expertise and knowledge to negotiate the sale it would have been extremely hard to sell as I live out of state. I would strongly recommend using Nena to sell your home.

My husband and I have bought and sold multiple properties over the years but this one was a new experience. Selling the townhouse my mother has lived in for 30 years. We had no desire to fix it up.
