We had a wonderful experience working with Mike Tozzo. His response to requests was excellent and informative. He was always professional and courteous! Our situation was particularly challenging because we live in Colorado and could not be in Delray for a lot of the in-person requirements. Michael made it his mission to be our eyes and ears when these situation’s occurred! Thank you Michael!!

When we decided to list our house, we knew right away that Ashley was the Agent for us. Her ability to guide us during the process was so important. Anyone who’s sold a house knows there are times of stress and uncertainty. She was able to help us navigate those times with grace and patience. Ashley assisted us with the sale of our home and the purchase of our next home. She was so great at communicating with all of the parties involved for both sales. She is knowledgeable and has great local knowledge. That’s so important when selling a home in a niche neighborhood like ours.
