Nancy was great from start to finish. When she evaluated and toured our home she advised us that we could get considerably over market value because of how well our home was updated. She recommended we list if for 20 - 25% over market. Most agents would have taken the easy route and suggested we just be on the top end of the market. She was confident she could get it and she did and we had a bidding war which she managed beautifully. She knew our neighborhood and the buyers that were attracted to our neighborhood. She was very responsive and great to work with thru out the entire process.

EXCELLENT ?????????? Nancy came as a recommendation, as my wife was born and raised here locally, we didn’t want to use a realtor that was a close friend. The moment we met Nancy she made us feel comfortable about the sale of our beautiful home, we were pleased and very willing to give her the listing. She listened well and gave recommendations on how to prepare the home for MLS. As this was our first time as home sellers, Nancy made sure we understood the process and answered any questions we had along the way. I’m so glad that we were recommended Nancy when we decided to put our home up for sale. I didn’t have to wait on Nancy or have to call her to get things done for she was always ahead of it.
