    Sara helped us Sell our house. She was very careful and dedicated to finish the selling job from A to Z, right from the day of one, she took care of everything needed in the process and kept updating us of the other parties requests and offers. The house did not take long time after listing it and was sold. I highly recommend Sara as an efficient real estate agent.

    I found out about Adriana through Zillow while searching for my first home and was very grateful for that happening. Adriana was very responsive and was always available to showcase any home at anytime. She made the buying experience a breeze, searched for a home for about 2 months and couldn’t have asked for a more patient and helpful realtor! Adrianna will be my go to for any type of real estate services in the future.

    Adriana was amazing beyond any expectations I had. She spent 3 months looking for a home with me, traveling far distances and viewing more than 3 properties everytime. When we finally got an accepted offer she manage to do everything in her power to make sure I closed on my home and when I finally did we were both siked. I love this house and I hope reading this you will go with her to find your dream home too. Thank you again Adriana!! I appreciate everything you did for me.

    My experience was horrible. This guy represented a seller of a home I entered Into a purchase agreement with. He seemed very vice initially. So much so that even though he was in contact with my agent he attempted to solicit me as a client if things did not work out with my agent. He was extremely lazy and did not want to mark the house pending. Ultimately financing fell through. This was against everything I had hoped for and I complied on every level. I even went above and beyond. There was a contingency in the contract where is this was to happen the seller would sign a release and I would receive my earnest money. That never happened. This has been weeks of my agent reaching out by email, phone and text to no avail. He and the seller are friends and he had previously divulged that he was able to In fluence the seller to add upgrades such as stainless steel appliances when the seller did not originally want to. That's how close they are. So imagine my surprise when I see the house back on the market, completely RE-LISTED WITH THE VERY SAME AGENT and I still not have got a call back, my agent had not received a call back in weeks regarding the signing of release for my earnest money. Please do not deal with this guy under any circumstances. Clearly he is ok with his client not signing the document to release earnest money is a deal falls through. I would never risk it with him or any listing he has. It's Christmas time and currently I am out of a thousand dollars and he doesn't even care enough to return the calls of my agent if not me. He went on to list the property and align himself with someone that he knows is taking advantage of a person. Never trust him or his clients and never give your Ernest money. You probably won't get it back in the event that something happens completely out of control and outlined in the contract that you would be refunded.

    Adriana is very patient and responsive. Took us years to find the right house and she worked with us throughout the whole process. Strongly recommend her as a realtor especially with the current market.
