Our home in another city sold fast so we had to find a new home much sooner than expected. The second house Monte showed us was the one! It wasn't quite finished. Monte ensured the builder finished the punch list items to our satisfaction, including making daily trips to the new house. He also ensured the builder would install our own ice maker in the kitchen and make a few more modifications. He stayed on top of the builder and our lender to ensure we could close as soon as possible. He always immediately responded to my calls and texts. And to top it off, he even met our moving van at our new house while we were in the closing! He's a super guy!

Monte was very knowledgeable and friendly. He takes time to get you. He helped us clearly understand the buying process and how the VA loan work. He was always available if we had questions, even after closing. He has great contacts for any repairs that are needed and is great at getting the home owners to make the repairs. I would recommend Monte anytime.

We came across Monte at an open house he was having. It was the best thing that could of happened. We had very little real estate knowledge, we only knew what we were looking for in a house. Monte took the time to explain the process. When our mortgage broker wasn't able to finance the home we wanted due to it being a berm house, he was able to put us in touch with one who could get us financed. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and available to show homes or answer your questions. He even checked in with us after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. He is the absolute best. If you are not using him, you are missing out!
