Mitch has a motto where he does what he says he’ll do, and we can confirm that this is indeed true. We were first time homebuyers and he helped us throughout the whole process while educating us along the way (he has great insight on HVAC systems for example). He was very gracious, patient and understanding with us while being a tough competitor that we were glad to have on our side. He was referred by my best friend, and we would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Mitch was great throughout the whole selling and buying process. He had the right suggestions on getting the sale property ready for listing, balancing cost and effort with selling advantage.
