We recently worked with Jeff to sell our home in Eagan, MN and could not be more pleased with the service we received. We were moving out of state and had some concerns about how to sell our house from a distance and wow did Jeff make the process seamless for us. He was willing and able to coordinate every detail necessary and he seems to know someone to repair, tweak or beautify about anything. Then after the pre-listing work was completed we got to see Jeff's negotiating skills and knowledge of the market take over which ended up with our house being sold in under 6 days and our final bottom line being within dollars of what Jeff had told us what he thought our final payout should be... simply fantastic work! Anybody looking for a Real Estate Agent will not go wrong with Jeff as his level of service is as high as anybody I have worked with in any industry. Jeff simply has a level of professionalism, service & knowledge not seen often these days. Add this to the fact that he is also just a great guy means.... just hire this guy as you certainly won't be disappointed.

A good friend referred us to Jeff, and we're so glad they did! We were first time home buyers, and had NO CLUE what we were doing! From the minute we met Jeff, we knew that we were in good hands. After the first evening of looking at homes together, Jeff knew exactly what we wanted, and guided us through the rest of the process! When contacting Jeff with questions or concerns - he was very quick to respond to our needs. Jeff also referred wonderful inspection, and appraisal companies to us! The whole experience went as smoothly as possible, even down to the closing! He even offered to borrow us his ladder while moving! As first time home buyers, my husband and I were unsure of what to expect throughout the process of buying a home. We were moving into our very first home with our 3 month old son, and our time frame to find a home was limited. During our initial meeting with Jeff at his office, he was extremely thorough asking us questions related to our wants, needs, location preferences, etc. From then on, he began working to find us our dream home. He wasted no time sending us lists of homes within our price range to look at and asked us to narrow down the list to ones we'd like to view in person. It only took us viewing only 13 homes to decide on the one that we would call ours. We immediately put in an offer which was accepted just a few short hours later. Jeff made sure to give us the good news right away and shared in the excitement with us. Jeff's work ethic is unbelievable. The time and dedication he provides to everyone he works with is truly one of a kind. Jeff takes the time to get to know his clients on a personal level and becomes a friend in the process. His honesty when looking at homes and experience helped to guide our decision. We felt that we could trust him to help us select a home that would be a good investment for us. He truly cared about our family and wanted us to be happy with our decision. I have since recommended Jeff to other friends in search of a home, and will be using him as our realtor in the future for any buying or selling needs we may have. It was our first time buying property so we were nervous about the whole process. Due to some changes in the FHA guidelines, we only had 2 months to look for and purchase a home. I was scared because I thought we wouldn’t have enough time, and was also worried that we would be pressured into buying something we didn’t like. However, Jeff was a working miracle! Jeff is very knowledgeable, flexible and prompt! He met with us right after we contacted him. He answered all our questions and not once did something go unanswered! Within a short period of time, we saw enough properties to be able to make a decision. Not once did we feel any pressure and instead Jeff made sure it was all about us. He was very flexible with his schedule and always made time for us. He went above our expectations to make sure we found the perfect place! Because of Jeff we have a place we call home today. We love Jeff for his drive to work with people to get their dream home! His willingness to educate and assist is always above and beyond! You won’t regret working with him!
