Misty was wonderful to work with from start to finish! We were first-time homebuyers and generally anxious and inquisitive people and she handled our questions in stride! She was always on top of things and answering our questions. She was honest about how she felt about a house and if we were being a bit unrealistic or too cautious, etc. If you want someone to be honest and help you get into the truly perfect house for you, Misty is your person! We selected Misty to assist us with the sale of our Minneapolis home after interviewing several realtors. We briefly toyed with the thought of trying to sell the home ourselves but decided to engage a professional to allow us to focus on preparing the house for sale, moving, and getting situated in our new home. We were very pleased with Misty’s knowledge, kindness, sensitivity, and professionalism. Our last home sale was 40 years ago and we were reminded of the value of a competent realtor over-and-over again with this sale. She kept us informed, was responsive to our questions, provided us with pros and cons of the choices we confronted, helped us stage the home for sale, and importantly . . . was deliberate about letting us make our own choices during the process and in our own time frame. Misty helped my wife and I find our first home. She was always quick to respond and represented us well through our first home buying process which included some challenges with the seller. Misty provided very professional, and personal, service throughout the marketing and sale process of our home. She was knowledgeable of the local housing market--providing in depth "comps" of recent sales and individual assessment of current properties that were competitive to our home In the area.
