Courtney was amazing! As a first time buyer she went above and beyond making sure I understood everything! She answered any questions I had! She even took the time to help my three kids understand the difference between renting a home and buying. She went to every viewing and we seen ALOT! She took the time to understand everything I was looking for in a first time home and sent me plenty of houses to look at. When we viewed my new home, we knew immediately that was my home. The process was very pleasant. I would recommend her 100 times again.

Stacy did an exceptional job in helping us sell our house in Michigan, while we moved to Maryland. Just in our first meeting with her (recommended by a common friend), we knew we could trust her with our house. And to true to that, she helped us in every step of the way. She got us quotes from the local vendors for cleaning the house, both inside and outside, getting the carpet replaced and for repainting the walls of certain rooms in the house. She provided us with accurate and detailed market analysis, organized an open house and promptly provided us with the feedback she received. She made the entire process effortless for us, even when we were not physically available in town. She even got the closing for the house sale done in an expedited fashion. Stacy is extremely pleasant to work with.
