Mike did an amazing job helping my husband and I buy a home in the Sunset neighborhood. Given that he grew up in the neighborhood he had vast knowledge of the neighborhoods and school districts. He also had lot of experience with the selling agents which helped give us a leg up on other offers. For the house we ultimately purchased, we were able to see it prior to it being listed online due to his connections. Our offer was also not the highest but due to Mike's expertise our offer was accepted. 10/10 would work with Mike again!

Mike is great! He’s personable, very knowledgeable, patient, and has integrity. Mike always made time for us in his busy schedule. He communicated everything in a timely manner and took his time reviewing and explaining things to us. Excellent realtor to work with. So happy he was there for us.

Mike is an amazingly smart and insightful realtor! He understands the market and knows what improvements are needed to get the best deal for your home. Rise Homes is great for paying for the improvements up front so that we did not have to pay out of pocket. The expenses were taken out once the sale funded. In selling our home, Mike and Rise Homes put together an extremely professional portfolio for our home. All this combined got us top dollar for our home.
