Marcus is an elite Realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market and the different neighborhoods in SF. We worked with Marcus to help us search for a single family home in the city. He is very patient and we didn't feel pressured thru out the process. In addition, Marcus is very responsive. He was always available whenever we need him either on the phone or at an open house. He provided us with a lot of valuable insights about the neighborhood we were interested in and also potential costly hidden repairs or the cost to update. Will definitely work with Marcus again and recommend him to everyone we know.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Todd and his team! We first had a meeting in his office to explain what kind of apartment we were looking for. He made lots of notes, and we felt right off the bat that he was the right person to help us with our purchase. What really stands out about Todd is that he always thinks ahead of what the client might want. He really made a stressful time in our lives as easy as possible. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and also very responsive. He was never overbearing, but did his job with tact and class. He seemingly knows everybody in this business, which we think was helpful during the bidding process. We cannot recommend Todd any higher for your San Francisco real estate needs. He's outstanding!

We met Ron a few years ago, when we were at first looking for a new home but still fairly new to San Francisco. We immediately liked him. He was open and honest and understood our situation. He showed us many properties around the city and took the time to educate us on the different neighborhoods and property markets. The pandemic put a damper on our earlier goals, but when we realized we were ready to get back on the house hunt, we contacted Ron (already a few years had gone by), and he remembered us and we clicked again immediately. Ron is patient and possesses a caring type of emotional intelligence, as well as wide acumen for the markets and what is a good property and/or a good price. He has stewarded us through the process to closing, and we are very happy with the experience and outcome. If we were to buy another SF property we would be calling Ron as the first task. Highly recommended to anyone serious about investing in a new home.

After one failed attempt, with a different realtor, to find a home in San Francisco, we had low expectations on our new search when we first met Ron. That changed quickly. We have worked with half a dozen realtors in the past and, for the first time, we can confidently and happily say Ron not only exceeded all expectations, but was the best agent we have ever worked with, by far. In addition to his warm personality, he is always seconds away from replying to a text or email keeping up constantly appraised of the search status, and later the escrow progress. He dived into each property we were interested in and was able to speak breath and depth on the location, building, and disclosures. Most refreshing was his attitude on the offer preparation and bidding process where you truly feel he is working for you, tuned to your style and priorities, making sure you are confortable and happy with all the choices leading you to finding your new place. His advice was key to find the "right place" for us, and get it at the "right price", while enjoying the "best experience" in buying real estate.
