We met Ron a few years ago, when we were at first looking for a new home but still fairly new to San Francisco. We immediately liked him. He was open and honest and understood our situation. He showed us many properties around the city and took the time to educate us on the different neighborhoods and property markets. The pandemic put a damper on our earlier goals, but when we realized we were ready to get back on the house hunt, we contacted Ron (already a few years had gone by), and he remembered us and we clicked again immediately. Ron is patient and possesses a caring type of emotional intelligence, as well as wide acumen for the markets and what is a good property and/or a good price. He has stewarded us through the process to closing, and we are very happy with the experience and outcome. If we were to buy another SF property we would be calling Ron as the first task. Highly recommended to anyone serious about investing in a new home.

After one failed attempt, with a different realtor, to find a home in San Francisco, we had low expectations on our new search when we first met Ron. That changed quickly. We have worked with half a dozen realtors in the past and, for the first time, we can confidently and happily say Ron not only exceeded all expectations, but was the best agent we have ever worked with, by far. In addition to his warm personality, he is always seconds away from replying to a text or email keeping up constantly appraised of the search status, and later the escrow progress. He dived into each property we were interested in and was able to speak breath and depth on the location, building, and disclosures. Most refreshing was his attitude on the offer preparation and bidding process where you truly feel he is working for you, tuned to your style and priorities, making sure you are confortable and happy with all the choices leading you to finding your new place. His advice was key to find the "right place" for us, and get it at the "right price", while enjoying the "best experience" in buying real estate.

Ron was great through the entire process of purchasing our first home. We came in not knowing much about the home buying process, but he walked us through it and set us up for success from the very beginning. We had many questions along the way and he was there to answer them vey quickly. He was able to recommend a great mortgage lender which ended up being the best deal for us and also recommended many other sources along the way. He also came up with a great plan for making an offer and we were able to get the condo under the asking price! The home buying process is full of stress but Ron made it as enjoyable as it could have been.

Rob and his team were spot-on in every way with representing us not just on one SF home sale, but two! A sweet little early 1900’s Victorian and a four story spec-home with views and roof top deck located at the top of Manchester Street in Bernal Heights. Both times he guided us through the process with ease, in record time and offers accepted well over ask. His contractors, landscapers, movers and stagers were true pros, with most of the work overseen by Rob and Sandy while we were away enjoying our new home in the Pacific North West.
