Matt was incredibly helpful and honest throughout this very long and confusing process. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions, and Matt always answered honestly and directly. When showing us the house he pointed out not only the benefits of the house but also its flaws. It never felt like he was just trying to sell us the house; he was trying to help us make a good decision for our family. He has extensive knowledge of the area and it was fun to talk about Charlottesville with him. Matt helped us hit all of our closing deadlines ahead of schedule so that the closing process was incredibly smooth.
