In a world of pretend pros that are charged with handling, what most consider are life altering personal real estate transactions, Mike is as good as it gets. He knows his business and seriously attends to all issues before his clients ever have to concern themselves. I can think of exactly NOTHING that I would change about his handling of the numerous real estate projects where I have worked with him. He has a long history of doing exactly what he says he will do when he says he will do it.

We loved working with Mike and would recommend him to anyone! Even after the sale was closed he was always available to answer any questions we had from finding a surveyor and a plumber, to a document for our taxes. He has gone above and beyond for us and made our house buying experience so amazing and as stress free as possible. Best realtor ever.

Mike went above and beyond to make a hard situation better. He assisted with the electrician, the handyman, and all of the parts in between. I love my new house! And he's still helping me after closing.

Mike Hildebrand was an awesome realtor for us. He was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mike showed us numerous houses, always worked around our schedule, gave us great advice and input along the way. Mike went out of his way to constantly work hard to help us find our home. He was always responsive and available when we needed. He even was able to set us up with great contractors, house inspection team, price quotes on any extra work we needed, etc. Will definitely use him again when we buy & sell next house

I found Mike and his staff friendly, caring, and very efficient. My house had been listed with another realtor for over a year. When I listed with Mike, the house sold in a matter of weeks. Quality photographs were taken of the property and the description and listing followed the next day. The staff was helpful in finding persons able to make necessary repairs after the home inspection. Another staff member worked with me and answered all questions concerning the closing. It was a painless experience! The entire process flowed smoothly! My son also used Mike to sell the house he recently put on the market. It sold in a matter of days. I highly recommend this realtor!
